Duration: One Hour

All meetings of the Board of Directors are open for public attendance.
The purpose is for the Board to hear selected presentations of upcoming agenda topics/issues.
In the interest of time, speaking is limited to the invited presenters, staff and directors.

Where: Auditorium in Building B, Fort Smith School Service Center (3205 Jenny Lind)

Duration: One - two hours or until all business on the Agenda is transacted.

All meetings of the Board of Directors are open for public attendance.
The purpose of these sessions is to officially discuss each agenda item prior voting on the item.
Members of the public are invited to speak on any topic of interest to them.
In order to be recognized to speak, each person wishing to speak must register their intention at the beginning of the meeting.  Registration slips and agenda are available at the meeting room door.

Generally these meetings are organized for extended Board discussion of specific topics.
Members of the public normally do not have an opportunity to speak at these sessions.
